Tackle Unemployment 2013

With just a week to go until Tackle Unemployment 2013 kicks off, preparations continue at the Salford Red Devils Foundation as we prepare for this year’s cohort of participants.

With the aim of supporting unemployed members of the Salford community to get back into employment, the Tackle Unemployment initiative was set up with the aim of up-skilling participants through a range of courses, raising their future employment prospects.

The Tackle Unemployment initiative offers a range of courses, including; first aid and health & safety courses, sports coaching qualifications, as well as food preparation and driving accreditation. With transport and food costs covered, and with courses offered for free, there really is no time like the present to seize this opportunity for further professional and personal development.

To qualify for admittance on the course you need only be; over 18 years of age, a Salford resident, currently unemployed and available to start the course on 26th September. To register your interest, please contact us at the SRDFoundation offices on 0161 820 2739.
