Reds and Wolves fans in Comic Relief clash!

After  a pulsating victory over Hull KR and with a little over 2 weeks until the Salford City Reds welcome local Super League rivals Warrington Wolves to the Salford City Stadium, plans on how the each club can raise as much money for Comic Relief gather pace.

As ever the whole of rugby league is supporting the good cause with round 7 of the season dedicated to helping raise awareness of this national campaign.
Excitement will be high as Reds’ old boys Richie Myler and Stefan Ratchford will be joined by local lad Adrian Morley as the two teams do battle, but the real clash of the day will be at half time between two fans teams playing a game of touch rugby.

Each club will be represented by a team of 9 fans who have bid for the right to don their team’s colours and provide part of the half time entertainment. This fantastic opportunity will be open up to fans via each club’s respective Facebook sites with the highest 9 bidders from each side being chosen to represent their team for 15 minutes of fame and all proceeds being donated to Comic Relief
Each of the winners will receive 2 VIP Bar passes and a car park pass for the big match. All you have to do is bid online via Facebook by close of play on Tuesday 12th March and if you are successful Salford City Reds will get in touch to explain what to do next.
