Launch of Rising Stars U16's Programme

Tuesday night saw the launch of our Salford Red Devils Rising Stars U16's Programme which engages 14 to 16 year olds players.

The programmes main focus is to give the player the maximum amount of time to develop within our structure.

Achieved through supporting our local community clubs and schools in increasing their quality of 14 to 16 year old players..

Outcomes;

• Regular and focussed player profiling
• Player development
• Focus on player as a whole i.e. all round development as players and people
• Leading to motivated players which will continue to participate in Rugby League passed the age of 16 years through Salford Red Devils talent pathway and local community clubs
• Create feeling of 'belonging' within Salford Red Devils
